Does our property have WIFI?
Not all properties have WIFI. If a property has WIFI it will be noted in the property description on this website. We do advise to bring your own WIFI dongle (connection).
When I book my accommodation, when do I have to pay?
To secure your booking an instant payment is required as per below:
New bookings outside 60-days before arrival: 20% non-refundable deposit.
New Bookings inside 60-days before arrival: 100% of the balance is required.
Is there a security bond?
We process a credit card pre-authorisation as the security bond as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
What is a pre-authorisation?
A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold placed on a specified amount of money on a credit card. The pre-authorisation does not deduct the money from the customer’s account but reserves it, reducing the available balance. The hold is automatically realised, this can take up to 7 business days depending on your bank.
Why do I need to fill out the online Guest Registration Check-in?
We are a contactless check-in and check-out system, we require you to complete the online registration to verify your information. It is a secure online system equivalent to providing an ID and a credit card at a hotel reception or car hire.
What if something is broken or not working when we arrive?
Please inform our office on 02 6448 8888 as soon as possible or send a message/photo via the Guest Registration Portal.
What happens if I accidentally damage something at the property?
Please advise us as soon as possible on 02 6448 8888 to discuss.
Can I bring more people than is advertised for property?
No, each property has a maximum number of people. The maximum occupancy listed includes all adults, children & infants that will occupy the property.
How and when can I get into the property?
Once the property is ready you will receive a text message with all the relevant information.
What time can I check into my accommodation?
Check in time is 4pm, however, if your property is ready earlier, we will let you know.
Can I park my car at the property if I arrive early?
No, please do not park at the property before you are advised to do so. The cleaners and property management may need the car parks to access the accommodation.
What if I am arriving out of office hours?
No problem, as check in is contactless you can arrive anytime after you have received the arrival text message.
What time is check out?
Check out is no later than 10am.
What if we leave something behind?
Please call our office on 02 6448 8888 and we can go and have a look. Any items posted back will be charged via pre-paid postage parcels.
Do we have to clean the property before we leave?
We ask you please leave the property in a reasonable state, with dishes stacked in the dishwasher, turned on and removal of all garbage from the property.
What is supplied in each property?
Our properties are self-contained. All linen and towels (one per person for duration of stay) are included. A simple Starter Pack (ie. limited supplies) of detergent, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, garbage bags are supplied. You will need more of these items or buy locally.
What if I run out of wood?
Winter – wood is supplied at no extra charge. If you notice wood supply running low, please call us. Summer – wood can be purchased from Mitre 10 Jindabyne.
Can I bring my dog on holiday?
Please ask about pet-friendly options.
Do I have to pay an entry fee into Kosciuszko National Park?
Yes, all visitors must pay a Park Entry fee. During winter (June Long Weekend to October Long Weekend) costs are $29 per 24 hours per car. During Summer months costs are $17 per 24 hours per car. Annual Park Entry pass cost $190. Park passes can be purchased at the National Parks Office in Jindabyne, at the Park Entry gates or at Thredbo Information Centre.
